Mike Kilgore is a Spokane native and a graduate of EWU with a BA in Marketing Education. After teaching high school sales and marketing he began his career in construction product sales in 1985. Since that time has has sold commercial building materials including Windows, Translucent Panels, Insulated Metal Panels, Aluminum Composite Panels, Skylights and Sunshades.
Kilgore Architectural Products was started in 1998 with Mike Kilgore and Joe Holcombe. Today it has grown into a muli-million dollar sub contracting firm selling & installing the highest quality products for commercial projects throughout the region.
Mike served on the board of the Spokane Regional Plan Center for a number of years and remains active with them in an advisory role as well as their annual Crab Feed and Golf Tournament. He along with the team at KAP are members of AIA, CSI and DBIA. Along with his wife Cathy, Mike resides in the Spokane Valley where they enjoy their grandchildren.
Sheryl Rassmusson, Vice President Business Operations
Sheryl began working for Kilgore TEC Products in 2003. She went to school at Lewis & Clark State College, followed by working for a local Architectural firm. With over 25 years of Construction, Administrative Duties, Tax Filing, Credit Management and Marketing experience she brings a wide array of skills to the team. Her commitment and dedication to construction are an integral part of the growth and success of Kilgore TEC Products in the Northwest Region.
She also belongs to the National Association of Credit Management where she holds a designation as a Certified Credit Executive and received the Credit Business Associate Designation of Excellence in 2014. Sheryl has served on the local board of directors including the executive positions and is currently serving as Past Chair on the national board of directors.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts, traveling and off-roading in Utility Terrain Vehicles.
Dean Watkins, Vice President Field Operations
Dean began working for Kilgore TEC Products in 2000 as a lead installer. Dean's expertise in construction and management is proven by the extensive list of projects throughout the region he has been a part of, for the past 20 years. His skills and leadership style, brings our team together to install amazing designs by area architects.
In his spare time Dean enjoys his family and grandchildren and is an avid fisherman.
Greg Henson, Project Manager
Greg graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Upon graduation, Greg worked as a Carpenter in the construction field until coming to work for Kilgore TEC Products in 2004. Greg is the sales/Project Manager for the Central Washington and Eastern Oregon Region
Greg is a participating member of both the AIA and CSI local chapters. Greg also serves in executive positions for the Board of Directors for the CSI Spokane Chapter. He also volunteers monthly at the UGM Men's Shelter.
In his spare time you will find him on the golf course playing a quick nine, or hitting a bucket of balls with his three children. He enjoys spending time with his wife of 16 years and taking family vacations.
Kevin Walker, Project Manager
Kevin received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. Subsequently he worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers in the Walla Walla District for over 10 years. He came to Kilgore TEC Products in 2009 as Cost Estimator and Project Manager. Kevin is the sales/Project Manager for the Eastern Washington and Idaho Region. He is also a participating member of the DBIA local chapter.
In his free time, Kevin spends much of his time with his wife and kids participating in Spartan Races, traveling and spending time at Priest Lake. In the spring, he devotes his spare time to officiating Division 1 baseball on the West Coast. He is a big fan of watching his kids play sports and perform in various plays and other productions. Kevin and his family are members of Lake City Community Church and he is thankful for all God does for His children.
Stan Butcher, CAD Draftsman
Stan graduated from the Architectural Technology program at Spokane Community College in 2007. As the CAD Draftsman for Kilgore TEC Products, Stan develops all building design drawings, submittals and closeout documents used by Architects and Building Design Engineers.
Stan enjoys spending his free time with his wife and dog on the Oregon Coast or Kauai. Stan is claimed as the biggest Green Bay Packers fan in the world.
Donni Gabbert, Accounting Manager
Donni joined Kilgore TEC Products in April 2009 as their Bookkeeper. She has over 30 years of bookkeeping and office assistant experience, working with many Spokane area general contractors and subcontractors. Donni received her Secretarial Science AA Degree from Spokane Community College in 1989 and is now actively involved with NACM Commercial Services. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Pacific Northwest Chapter No. 143 (Spokane WA)
Outside of work, Donni enjoys her family time and being with her husband Gary camping, hunting, and fishing on their Pend Orielle River property.
Tom Austad, Estimator
Tom has over 18 years in construction throughout the northwest in both residential and commercial markets as a small business owner. Along with being a former installer for Kilgore TEC Products from 2008-2014. Tom values " working alongside knowledgeable, talented professionals who share the same goals of bringing a positive impact to the clients."
In his spare time Tom enjoys spending time with his children racing dirt bikes, skiing and playing golf.
Darcy Stephens, Administrative Assistant/ AP
Darcy started working for Kilgore TEC Products in 2019. After finishing her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering From the University of Texas at San Antonio, she returned to work in our office. She enjoys working for such a positive value minded business, that is committed to excellence.
In her spare time Darcy enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the Pacific Northwest.
